My client is in need of a customer service manager to join their innovative and environmentally-focused organisation to manage a team of 5 people located at their state head office based in Silverwater. Reporting into the Regional Operations Manager, you will need to be passionate about providing excellent customer service and will be responsible for the day to day running of the customer service and administration department as well as high-level data reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision, training and mentoring of administration/customer service team members
  • Supporting the sales and operations teams
  • Design clear performance targets for your team and monitor KPI's on a daily basis to drive continual improvement
  • Data interpretation and manipulation of high volumes of data and find solutions to problems
  • Resolve complex enterprise planning issues
  • Operational reporting and management of high volumes of data
  • Developing and optimising administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience and ability to mentor, train and motivate others
  • Sound knowledge of ERP applications (Navision ERP experience preferred but not essential)
  • Strong computer skills - excel in particular
  • Excellent data analysis skills and reporting experience
  • Customer service-focused background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent memory and awareness
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
