You will be responsible for:

  • Owning H&R Blocks online DIY product platform from a customer experience/ value perspective
  • Drive strategy with a focus on digital transformation projects
  • Working closely with the IT team and guiding them around - app functionality, customer experience and other emerging technologies
  • Championing Digital workflow throughout the business to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Working closely with the Marketing & Digital Director to determine their digital value proposition

This is a unique opportunity for a Digital Experience Manager with a deep understanding of project management and a background in large scale online transformation who is accustomed to guiding an overseas IT team. You will have a proven track record of delivering digital KPI's to deadline and passion for innovation

An excellent compensation package, to attract the highest calibre of individuals, is on offer. This role is based in Thornleigh, and reports directly to the Marketing & Digital Director of H&R Block Australia.
