My client is a global retailer with an amazing culture, focused on nurturing career paths.

The role is effectively responsible for devising and implementing initiatives and activities to improve user experience, engagement and the site conversion to ensure the achievement of the commercial goals.

You will apply your knowledge of various eCommerce and marketing platforms including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Online Merchandising, eDM and CRM.

You must be inquisitive, enjoy utilising analytical tools to draw insights, optimise and enhance imprint, traffic and conversion rates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage content merchandising, sorting rules and A/B testing
  • Working alongside the Marketing Director you will devise and implement the brand's multi channel eCommerce strategy and road map for AU and NZ
  • Optimise engagement and conversion rates across the digital platforms
  • Lead and execute SEO, SEM, UX, online promotions, analytics, reports, online merchandising and CRM management
  • Responsible for operational execution
  • Digital management of all online advertising including AdWords

You will have:

  • Bags of personality!!
  • Several years experience within digital (eCommerce) ideally retail environment
  • Proficiency with analytical tools (GA or Adobe preferable)
  • Multichannel: SEO, SEM, CRM, UX and EDM experience
  • Ability to bring a brand to life with a particular emphasis across social media
  • Influential stakeholder management skills
