Your opportunity

You will provide a broad range of high quality marketing and communication services and techniques for the Engagement, Communications and Marketing team. You will support, develop, implement and evaluate a broad range of high quality engagement, communication and marketing services to ensure maximum impact across the Group's Divisions.

Your key accountabilities

  • Develop and implement a suite of communication and marketing services, tools and techniques across the Group.
  • Provide strategic 'anchoring' to the Group on products and services relating to the Group's objectives.
  • Develop strategies towards building commitment to the department's mission, and objectives and celebrate achievements.
  • Provide high quality marketing and communications services to the Group on complex communication issues. Build and maintain effective work relationships with clients and stakeholders, support internal and external communications to build positive messages about the department.
  • Provide analysis and research for continuous improvement of systems and processes and formal quality control methods to ensure a high standard of output.
  • Ensure professional awareness of the latest technologies, techniques and networks available in order to identify opportunities to improve communication tools and techniques. Ensure quality presentation of departmental publications and accuracy of organizational content.
  • Actively engage in a team environment and be a part of a positive culture, challenge issues, engage with risk, show personal courage, and commit to action.
