Hudson have exciting roles commencing in 2018 for proactive and engaging event coordinator to work alongside our clients across a variety of roles.

The primary focus of these roles will be to organise, run and oversea internal and external events autonomously.

Role responsibilities:

You will be required to work with minimal supervision in this role, and you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating all requirements for events, such as catering, room set up, AV, supplies and services,
  • Planning and coordinating meetings, visits and offsite events,
  • Organising fundraising events
  • Ensuring budgets are adhered to, managing expenses and invoices
  • Working with the office manager to ensure that everything is running smoothly

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant industry experience within corporate events / hospitality
  • Proven working knowledge of relevant regulations including OHS
  • Intermediate - Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels in both technical / non-technical roles
  • Ability to stay calm under and the ability to remain positively motivated in times of pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
