Upcoming Roles

We are currently seeking experienced Executive and Personal Assistants who are readily available in the market to undertake upcoming roles in providing high level support to executives and managers alike. You will be responsible for delivering a range of administrative services in order to maintain and uphold the success of the business. Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Acting as point of contact for clients
  • Answering phone calls and distributing correspondence
  • Managing diaries and the daily scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • Generating memos, presentations and reports
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties

Skills & Experience

Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate relevant experience working in an Executive or Personal Assistant role. You will possess high attention to detail, exceptional verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in MS office. Additionally, you will have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise competing demands.
