Executive Assistant

Hudson currently have an exciting opportunity for an experience Executive Assistant to provide Administrative support to the General Manager of Queensland for a successful global company that has been in business for more than 50 years.

This is a 13 month maternity cover contract and will require an ASAP start.

About you:

  • Experience as an EA
  • Experience across finance related activities
  • Data input and analysis
  • Experience in Diary Management
  • Extensive knowledge of travel management
  • Event planning
  • High level support to a GGM & multiple GMs
  • QGC reporting
  • Experience in IPOS
  • Friendly and professional
  • High attention to detail
  • Team Player
  • Driving license and reliable car
  • Available immediately or 1 weeks' notice

The tasks involved:

This position would suit someone who is looking for an all-rounder role where one minute they will be providing executive support and the next they will working as the Office Manager ensuring the office runs smoothly.

  • Admin support, diary/calendar events, travel management for 8 General Managers
  • Manage events from weekly, monthly and annually
  • Preparing submissions and reporting
  • Expenses, quotes and ordering products
  • Supervising of staff
  • Assisting HR with employee activities, recruitment and on boarding requirements
  • Accounts Admin
  • Manage Brisbane Office - including car usage, car park accounts, building management issues
  • Adhoc duties which can be provided with the PD
