Are you looking to start your new career in 2018? If so, then Hudson would LOVE to hear from you! The team at Hudson want to meet exceptional Facilities Administrators to work alongside some incredible clients for upcoming roles in 2018.

To be successful in these roles, it is essential that you have experience working within a facilities administration role within the commercial, industrial or retail sector.

What the role involves!

The roles on offer will give you heaps of variety, and most importantly, challenges! The main purpose of the job is to support and assist the Facilities Manager and the wider team in all office procedures and other tasks as required.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing premier customer service to all external and internal clients
  • Provide all administrative support to the Facilities Team, including processing invoices and expenses and maintaining contractor databases
  • Contract and lease administration
  • Liaising with client management, personnel and external service providers
  • Ensuring that all areas of the tenancies are clean, operation and in working order
  • Assist with organising maintenance works for the building

About you!

To be successful for this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated prior experience within facilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deal with people professionally
  • Positive can do attitude
  • The ability to think proactively to solve problems before they arise
  • Strong organisational skills
