Responsibilities include but not limited to;

  • Support and guidance on FBT processing, specifically in relation to legilation applicable to company vehicles.
  • Coordinating the testing, workflows, preparation, resourcing, maintenance and communications for the reporting process so clients are provided with accurate reports promptly while maintaining efficiencies within the office in conjunction with the specialist team.
  • Facilitating the planning and implementation of processes leading up to the End of the FBT year so that subscribers receive the highest level of service and the impact on AccessPay's workflows and resourcing is minimised. For example, suspended account reports, super reports etc.
  • Participate in the development of communication plans specific to the End of FBT Year and End of Financial Year processes.
  • Assist ICT with the rollover on 31 March and any further testing required pre and post rollover.

Essential criteria;

  • Degree qualified (CA/CPA a bonus)
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience within FBT, specifically with regarding to company vehicles
  • Excellent communications both written and verbal
  • Must be hands-on, proactive, and demonstrate initiative with problem solving
  • Must be up to date with current FBT legislation and compliance, and be confident to advise and guide on said legislation

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate adaptability and flexibility, be a self-starter, and have the ability to influence both internal and external customers.
