The role


As an experienced Finance Administrator, you will be able to hit the ground running, providing support to a collaborative team. You will be required to demonstrate your experience in working in a high volume environment, proficiency in the use of relevant software (e.g. MS Navision, SAP, JD Edwards, Finance One or MYOB and Xero) as well as an ability to work as part of a vibrant team and autonomously.



Duties



    • End to end AP/AR processes

    • Processing high volume work load (approximately 100 invoices per day)

    • Managing staff expense claims

    • Preparation of end of month, quarter and year reports

    • Reconciling accounts and statements

    • Administrative tasks as required



    Skills & experience



    • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLookUp)

    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

    • Exceptional customer service

    • Highly adaptable to change with a positive and self motivated attitude.

    • A DCSI clearance will be highly advantageous.
