The company:

This role falls within a state government body situated in the heart of Melbourne city. This particular body is a major player in encouraging Victorians in taking control of their futures!!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable role
  • Rise purchase orders
  • Liaise with stake holders.
  • Identifying areas for development.
  • Manage stake holder requirements , feedback and complaints
  • Collecting information from within the department required for documentation purpose.
  • Experienced in using Great Plains will be preferred.

About you:

To be successful in this position you will need to have experience working within a medium paced environment processing invoices and raising purchase orders. You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills, and be service minded. You will exhibit an enthusiastic and can do attitude with a proven track record of excellent organizational skills and be a quick learner environment.
