Sales Support Officer

  • General administrative duties for all Managers.
  • General administrative duties for the warehouse.
  • Preparation of quotes as required for the category.
  • Follow up with supplier's for ETAs.
  • Assist in the management of customer back orders.
  • Manage Sales Force cases as required.
  • Co-ordination of mail outs.
  • Preparation of presentations for Managers and Account Managers.
  • Attending any meetings or training as required by managers.
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
  • Assist in preparing tenders and to ensure the completion of administrative tasks.
  • Co-ordination of meals for visitors i e. morning tea, lunch, refreshments etc.
  • Banking / reconciling of any cash on site.
  • Greet and respond to walk in customers.
  • Manage mail boxes.
  • Assist in the distribution of catalogues.

  • Any other duties as required.

Key Skills and Knowledge Required

  • High level of Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
  • Good communication and telephone skills (internal and external).
  • Knowledge of Pronto.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
