As Head of Talent Acquisition you will report directly to the Chief People Officer as well as support the wider executive leadership team. You will lead a high performing team driving the delivery of creative talent solutions in a strategic way whilst utilising your knowledge of latest technology and data analytics tools.

This is a highly sought after opportunity to lead the internal recruitment function across Asia Pacific with initial focus on ANZ. The Talent Acquisition leader will lead programs to position Hudson as an employer of choice and help us attract top talent to join our teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing centre of excellence including a core recruitment delivery team that will be responsible for employee value proposition, ensuring that we are building and attracting a diverse candidate pipeline, building and engaging talent communities for senior/critical hire vacancies and executive recruitment.
  • Utilise your perspective on the external talent landscape and deep insights into Hudson's business priorities, you will develop search strategies and lead engagements to position Hudson for success today and well into the future.
  • Create a strategic plan and talent acquisition model including aligning business priorities with recruiting priorities to determine long-term growth strategy for the company
  • Develop scalable sourcing, selection and closing solutions and training and ensure operational execution by partnering with recruiting leaders.
  • Assess all elements of recruiting and sourcing hiring program including sourcing, engagement, attraction, interview/assessment, selection, allocation, offer closing, on-boarding and candidate experience, and synthesize key findings to propose data driving solutions.
  • Build a strong, credible relationship with senior leaders, hiring managers and critical stakeholders, operating as trusted advisor and subject matter expert
  • Translate the vision into executable strategy and drive team performance to deliver against the plan.
  • Utilise knowledge of business needs, priorities and external trends to develop competitive state-of-the-art recruiting strategies and programs that ensure an ongoing pipeline of top talent to fill positions at all levels in the organisation including strategic and executive searches.
  • Develop scalable sourcing, selection and closing solutions and training and ensure operational execution by partnering with recruiting leaders.
  • Assess all elements of recruiting and sourcing hiring program including sourcing, engagement, attraction, interview/assessment, selection, allocation, offer closing, on-boarding and candidate experience, and synthesise key findings to propose data driving solutions
  • Help tell the story of the employee experience at Hudson incorporating the Employee Value Proposition into the recruiting processes, language, tools, events and social media strategies.
  • Build a strong, credible relationship with senior leaders, hiring managers and critical stakeholders, operating as trusted advisor and subject matter expert
  • Facilitate a "grow our own" talent acquisition process through university, internship and mentorship programs. Develop, manage and supports the organisation's diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted partnerships
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring leaders on interviewing best practices, offer recommendations, negotiating/creating job offers, closing, and administrative functions involved in full cycle recruiting

Required attributes and experiences:

  • 10 years of experience sourcing and recruiting talent for strategic roles (for example: data & analytics, technology, client facing) and across APAC is highly beneficial
  • Prior experience creating, leading, or standardising a best practice, contemporary recruitment process
  • Cultivates an environment where people respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience leading an internal recruitment function including: budget, hiring, supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills; able to clearly communicate with all levels in the organisation
  • Passion for finding the best talent in the world
