Hudson is looking for an experienced HR Administrator for a Government Organisation based in Sydney CBD for 6 months, to support the Director of People Partnerships and the wider team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Completing a range of administrative tasks to support implementation and delivery of HR policies, systems and processes
  • Diary management and administrative support to the Director of People Partnerships
  • Project administration support to the People Partnerships team
  • Liaising with Business stakeholders and maintaining solid working relationships
  • Acting as initial point of contact for HR related matters

For this role you must have:

  • Experience in a similar role, exposure to working within a HR team
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Word and Excel
