Hudson is looking for a HR Administrator for a 3 month position available in Paramatta to start ASAP. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team
  • Processing invoices
  • Coordinating recruitment activities e.g. booking interviews, medical checks
  • Creating templates
  • Other ad hoc duties

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Experience in a HR or Recruitment admin role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Word and Excel
  • Taleo experience preferable
