12 Month Contract - 4 or 5 days a week
Collaborative team operating within a changing environment
CBD location with APAC exposure

Are you a collaborative HR professional with an agile approach to work and ability to deliver in a changing, sometimes ambiguous, environment?

We are looking for a credible individual to cover a HR Business Partner role for 12 months. For the right person this could even mean working a 4 day week.

Holding a full generalist remit and supporting the HR Manager, you will support the client group as a unit. This means flexibility, agility, strong communication and a genuine passion for supporting a business in achieving it's goals through it's people.

If you have experience of working in professional or financial services in a HR role and can demonstrate a background in:

  • Managing end to end (but low volume) recruitment
  • Managing a variety of ER cases (with some exposure to dismissal and fair work)
  • Operating during a period of M&A
  • Developing and managing a training and learning calendar
  • Supporting HR related projects from conception to delivery
  • Contributing to, and leading volunteer and charity support initiatives
  • Driving team development days and employee engagement initiatives
  • Taking initiative, getting stuck in and supporting the HR team without being too precious!
