What you'll be doing?

As the department is going through significant change, your success will be in your strong administrative skill and supportive approach to managing your Recruitment team and Team Manager. You'll be an experienced Administrator, looking for an opportunity to build on your experience through a large recruitment transformation project.

Passionate and customer driven you'll have an innate ability to pre-empt future needs of your recruitment team and hiring manager. Your high attention to detail will be a key to your success as well as your can do attitude and all round positive demeanour. Were working a key project that will require all hands on deck and you'll love the fast pace and diver activities that take place. Your role will directly contribute to our Hiring Manager and experience and with them in mind you will support your aligned team to deliver superior service.

Who are you?

You are an experienced Administrator, Recruitment coordinator or HR Coordinator who thrives when given accountability and is now ready to step into a transformational recruitment project where administration is your craft and your love seeing the impact you have supporting our team in achieving.

You'll be adaptable; as this is a fast paced environment your ability to flex and work within an ever changing landscape without compromising your focus on quality will be critical to your success. You'll be methodical in your approach and in managing the day to day needs of your respective Recruitment team. With your exceptional administration skills and an uncompromising team spirit you'll play a key role in our ability to manage this project.
