Our client currently has a vacancy for a motivated and proactive individual who is switched on, reliable and looking to take the next step in their career as a consultant. As this is a role that requires liaising with major clients; the succesful candidate will need exceptional communication skills.

This role will ideally suit an intermediate legal assistant/paralegal who is looking for a career that is both challenging and rewarding. On the job training and ongoing mentoring is provided.

Key responsibilities

  • Document and file management
  • Technical reporting
  • Lodgement of legal documentation
  • Identifying relevant issues in legal documentation
  • Expenditure reporting
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Undertaking research and preparing memorandum
  • Liaising with external stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years Previous experience in an in-house legal or private law practice
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with electronic trial platforms
  • A commitment to excellent client service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills
