Build talent pipeline for continued growth
True end-to-end TA role


  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with line managers of assigned business units to understand and anticipate business needs; developing business acumen and partnering to ensure a proactive approach to resourcing needs
  • Build talent pools in line with anticipated needs through sourcing and keeping 'top talent' warm
  • Research external market to gather market intelligence to inform recruitment and selection strategies (and identify any potential impact to the delivery of recruitment needs
  • Manage end to end recruitment process
    • Scoping role requirements in partnership with hiring manager
    • Writing engaging and transparent adverts
    • Sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn, CV databases, networking, referrals and promoting internal hiring)
    • Conducting assessment (interviews, assessment centers, tasks, on-line psychometric testing, references, case studies and background checks)
    • Communicating outcomes to all candidates engaged
    • Managing offer process and administration
    • Completing relevant on-boarding activities and administration
    • Update recruitment systems to maintain data integrity in accordance to company requirements
  • Uphold company brand throughout recruitment process, acting professional at all times and ensuring each candidate receives the highest level of candidate experience (regardless of outcomes)

Key relationships - Line Managers, HR and Finance

Typical volume - 15-20 roles at any one time

Role types - IT (developers, testers, arcitects and engineers)

Reports to - HR

Direct reports - None


  • 1-2 years' experience in an internal recruitment role (conducting all of the responsibilities listed above', ideally within IT/Tech)
  • Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Solid background in delivering recruitment needs in a fast paced, matrix structured organisation
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to influence and persuade to deliver desired outcomes
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Continued success in delivering to KPIs and measures (time to fill, retention, direct sourcing, agency usage and hiring manager sat scores)
  • Proven history in working either independently or as part of a team to achieve targets and goals
