The opportunity

As the Junior Office Administrator, you will be supporting the Office Manager and Receptionist with administrative support tasks including reception.

  • Answer incoming calls and forward messages to appropriate staff
  • Reception cover
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain office stationery and office supplies
  • Code invoices
  • Maintain filing and archiving systems
  • Collate and distribute meeting papers
  • Book meetings

About you

You will have a solid understanding of computer literacy, and a minimum 12 months experience in an office as well as expose to reception duties. You will easily demonstrate:

  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Polite and friendly verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail to punctuation
  • Organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Manage difficult customers and able to think on your feet
  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong desire to learn, have an open mind and work as part of a team
