Experienced Legal Secretary - Property/Conveyancing
12 month contract - potential for permanency
Sydney, CBD

Our client, a reputable Law firm is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Administrator join their successful team.

The Role:

This a great opportunity to work as part of a highly supportive team who offer great working environment. You will be a confident and professionally presented person with a positive attitude, who maintains a strong work ethic at all times.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing administration support to licenced conveyancers
  • Matter opening, ongoing maintenance and billing
  • Maintenance of administration tasks for off-plan development projects
  • Management of client databases
  • Liaising with internal and external key stakeholders

Candidate Skills:

As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • Experience with supporting a conveyancing practice, specifically off-plan conveyancing is desirable.
  • A working understanding of managing trust monies.
  • High attention to detail and level of accuracy in output is essential.
  • High level of proficiency with the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
