The Opportunity:

Are you an intermediate legal secretary with at least 2 years' experience in private practice? Our client has a fantastic opportunity available for an intermediate legal secretary to work within this fast paced insolvency team!

If you are a confident, competent legal secretary with an unparalleled work ethic this is the role for you. Our client encourages their staff with their professional growth and development.

The Role:

In this role you will provide high level secretarial support to a highly successful Partner within the Perth market.

The role will include and not be limited to:

  • Typing, editing and proof reading letters, memos, briefs and court documents
  • Editing & amending legal documents
  • Opening & closing files
  • Drafting basic correspondence
  • Dictation
  • Liaising with clients, lawyers and other staff by telephone and email
  • Diary management
  • Preparing monthly client reports and accounts
  • Assisting other personal assistants and lawyers as necessary
