Experienced Legal Secretary
Varied and engaging role supporting at Partner level

This is a leading national law firm that are highly regarded within the legal industry. The firm provide a collaborative environment and supportive team structure. The firm is now on the lookout for an experience Legal Secretary to provide quality support to their talented insurance team.

The Role:

Our client has a genuine commitment to enabling their staff to achieve their potential. With this focus in mind, they are seeking a dedicated legal assistant to join their business. Your skills and experience will be a valued member of the team!

Your tasks will include:

  • Liaising between clients and key stakeholders
  • Document production
  • File management
  • Drafting court documents and correspondence
  • General administration (photocopying, printing, scanning etc)

The key to success lies in you possessing the following skills:

Candidate Skills:

  • min 18 months + experience working within a legal environment
  • Exceptional oral communication skills
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Proven ability to develop interpersonal relationships
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive material
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Dedication to proving outstanding client service
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
