The Role

This is a superb opportunity to be part of this digital transformation for Perth Airport where you can add value and bring forth tangible changes and results. You will be working in a tight-knitted team of supportive and progressive team mates working towards the same goals.

The ideal person's responsibilities would include but not limited to:

  • Leverage your knowledge of automation best practices to create, execute and track digital campaigns and multi-channel journeys through the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
  • Plan, develop, execute and optimise marketing campaigns across email, SMS, in-app content, and push notifications with a core focus on customer lifecycle and journey
  • Maintenance of marketing campaigns across platforms, integrating data sources, reviewing and analysing marketing campaigns, and reporting on performances
  • Identify new revenue opportunities with data and insights and turn them into actionable marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of commercial experience
  • Analytical skills with an educational background in Marketing, Accounting or Maths.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing tools across multiple channels. Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge would be preferred.
  • Understanding of Customer data and lifecycle
  • Stakeholder management skills
