Hudson are currently seeking energetic, enthusiastic and experienced Office Managers for various positions based in the Eastern and South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.


You will have good interpersonal and presentation skills, coupled with extensive office management experience.


Duties will include:



    • Ensure the smooth running of the office and be the go-to person for all administrative matters

    • Manage diaries including meetings, conferences and video conferences

    • Co-ordinate internal and external meetings with business partners and clients

    • General PA support to the office or management

    • Bookkeeping experience

    • Provide support on office tasks such as IT administrative co-ordination, setting up of meeting rooms, accepting deliveries, answering incoming calls, placing orders for office supplies and catering

    • Assist with the preparation and printing of meeting materials and other documents

    • Assist with travel arrangements

    • Ordering office supplies, kitchen and building maintenance and/or facilities

    • Assist with ad-hoc duties: be responsible for; proof reading documents, filing and archiving etc.



    The successful candidate must have the following:



    • You will have excellent technical skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and proactive in this role

    • Demonstrate initiative with the ability to work to deadlines and can work independently
