About the Role

Our client is seeking to appoint a Part-Time Receptionist for day to day receptionist duties. Only candidates who complete video interview will be considered.

As the first point of contact for this organisation, you are in control of first impressions! Therefore, you will be a professionally presented receptionist that has an excellent telephone manner and pride in delivering exceptional customer service. This is initially an 8-12 week contract role with the possibility of an extension down the track. Start Date 22nd of June with a location in Henderson.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients and guests
  • Maintaining a tidy and functional reception area as well as mail and courier arrangements.
  • Word processing of documents such as letters
  • Stationary orders, mail and other adhoc duties.

Key Criteria

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Genuine enjoyment for answering calls (and desire to make our caller's day!)
  • An enthusiastic approach with sound organisational abilities
  • An energetic and positive attitude with loads of initiative
  • A conscientious work ethic and proven self-discipline

The hours to start will be

  • 1.00pm - 5.00pm Wednesday
  • 8.00pm - 5.00pm Thursday
  • 8.00pm - 5.00pm Friday

Will then change to a half day roster.
