Role Description

My client is a NSW Government Department.

This role supports the Strategic Operations team in driving business improvement and delivering key projects to meet strategic objectives.

You will need to be able to work independently and show a energetic attitude.

Day to Day tasks will involve:

  • Working on strategic projects/initiatives and embedding/promoting a culture of continuous improvement. * Analysing, identifying and implementing data-driven process and system improvements. * Engaging effectively with stakeholders to promote change initiatives in the context of process and system improvements. * Utilising insights from customers to continuously improve service delivery * Facilitating and delivering coaching/training for staff.

Skills/Experience required:

  • Project support
  • Proven statistical background
  • Power BI
  • Exposure to continuous improvement/business improvement/change initiatives * Excellent influencing and negotiation skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail. * Energetic and willing to use initiative.
