Our client has an opportunity to as a Project Analyst will be responsible for the end to end implementation, execution and roll out of the company HRIS application ensuring that the HRIS project objectives are achieved whilst identifying opportunities to improve and streamline business processes. The can be based in the City or Norwest.

The role will lead and manage projects which deliver value-added solutions that meet the needs of the company whilst having the opportunity to liaise closely with key stakeholders within the business to achieve objectives.

Experience/Skills needed:

  • Proven project implementation experience combined with an understanding of project methodology, preferably within the HR field
  • 1-3 years' experience implementing HR projects in large and diverse organisations, specifically the planning, execution, purchase and roll out of an HRIS application
  • Strong engagement, influencing skills and time management skills
  • Demonstrated positive change management experience
  • Experience liaising with key stakeholders, including Senior Management
  • Proven experience of business communication, writing skills, including briefing notes and reports
  • An analytical thinker with excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
