An International Financial Services Institute is currently recruiting for a mid-level Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.


They are currently delivering a global program of work; which is headed up in London and the Australian business has invested in it too. This Integration Program will see it unify all their systems into one.

Essentially they are looking for a Project Manager to run a stream of work; platform change onto Multifonds. The project includes some dev work as well as all the operational readiness aspects (testing, training, procedures). As that aspect of the project winds down it will involve managing other streams on our Middle Office program.


  • Establish effective project governance and controls to deliver quality outcomes
  • Delivery of projects according to scope, budget, timeframe and quality specified.
  • Managing project resources and prioritize work
  • Project reporting and status updates as required
  • Stakeholder management and leadership

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' Project Management experience
  • Middle Office experience is essential
  • Background in Financial Services
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience
  • Professional, proactive and consultative
