Great opportunity for experienced policy & project officer to undertake workforce culture activities, policies and projects to assist in achieving on Government objectives. You will be the key contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders in contributing to building a positive workplace culture within the NSW public sector.

You will develop new and innovative resources to improve on workplace culture, recruitment and retention, and work closely with key staff to participate in research to assist in policy develpoment.

A successful candidate should have:

  • Experience in the provision of policy advice in a complex and multi-disciplinary environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of the health system, including the application of relevant legislation and health workforce culture policies
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant, equivalent professional experience
  • Great communication skills with key stakeholders
  • Great interpersonal and influencing skills

This is a temporary contract role, with an opportunity to extend if possible.
