The Role

Located on the city fringe, this highly regarded Community Services organisation is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Corporate Services team in a full time contract role.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Front of house duties - answering and directing incoming phone calls, managing meeting rooms, meeting and greeting guests
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Create and format documentation
  • Manage a calendar and book appointments for team members
  • General administration duties such as filing, printing and data entry
  • Occasional event support such as organising catering

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a busy, front of house role. You will have confidence in your well-developed people skills, work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines at any one time.
