This highly regarded transport company is looking for a receptionist to join their team on permanent basis, in a full time capacity. Working 8.45am to 5.00pm you will be required to have your own transport and driving license to manage duties between two closely located business sites. Mileage costs will be claimed. An immediate start is potentially available for the selected candidate.

Sitting at the reception front desk, you will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and for a combination of basic administrative duties on an ad hoc basis but will include scanning, filing, copying and postage of items.

This role is ideally suited for an individual with prior administration experience. You will be a self motivated, confident and articulate individual. You will have a professional phone manner and be able to demonstrate good customer service skills.
