Hudson has an amazing opportunity for a super star receptionist / customer service professional join a growing company in Melbourne's CBD.

As the face of an iconic company in Melbourne, you will be responsible for ensuring that each person who walks through your doors is met with an exceptional smile, a welcoming atmosphere and great customer service.

What the job involves:

This is a fast paced, high energy role and it will involve the following:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and ensuring that they are signed in correctly
  • Assisting with any questions that clients may have
  • Answering the telephone, taking relevant messages and passing on details
  • Mail distribution
  • Basic facilities administration

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an exceptionally bright, vivacious and engaging candidate, who can demonstrate the following skills and previous experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail will be looked upon favorably
  • Experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Positive, can do attitude and a no job is too small approach to work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new processes and procedures
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and remain calm in pressured situations
