An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join our well established client within the TV and Entertainment industry.

This is a client facing role therefore the successful candidate will be professional, personable and confident when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.

Role responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Security access card management
  • Facilities coordination
  • Booking meeting rooms/Conferences
  • Travel arrangements
  • Expense management
  • Events Coordination
  • Filing/printing
  • Ensuring the kitchen is clean

To be successful:

  • Previous experience working within a similar position
  • An interest in the media industry
  • Organised
  • Confident with dealing with both internal and external staff

  • Flexible
