Upcoming Roles

Hudson is seeking talented and professional receptionists to join organisations within the banking and insurance industries. The receptionist role is pivotal as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, therefore solid communication and customer service skills are essential.

Your role will include duties such as:

  • Front of house duties
  • Answering, screening and directing phone calls
  • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
  • Preparing and collating documents and data
  • Processing and directing mail
  • Performing ad-hoc administration duties

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will present with intermediate knowledge in using MS Office suite, strong customer service skills and have the ability to work autonomously. You will also be well-presented and will excel in collaborating with and supporting senior staff members.
