Our client is building, operating and maintaining Australia's largest public transport infrastructure project, the first fully automated rapid transit rail system that will change the face of train travel in Sydney!

This is an exciting time to join Hudson RPO as we build a great team to partner with Metro Trains Sydney and deliver a best in class talent acquisition solution and provide end to end recruitment services for this very high profile 'green field' project.

What you'll be doing?

This is a team leadership role where you'll manage a team of experienced recruiters and administrators. Your success will be measured by your ability to lead from the front, you'll have an operational component to the role as well as reporting and team managing. Passionate and customer driven you will manage the team to provide a high level of service from both a candidate and Hiring Manager experience. With best practice in mind you will manage all aspects of the team's recruitment process, facilitate and nurture relationships and drive collaboration. You are a true business partner, a leader who brings fun to the work place and inspires your team to deliver.

Who are you?

As an experienced manager or senior recruiter ready for a lead role, you will thrive when given accountability, managing people and driving a function. You will bring to the role a Technical recruitment background and demonstrated experience in recruiting across highly regulated and safety focussed environments.

You will be passionate about building proactive and innovative talent sourcing and attraction solutions, methodical in your approach but agile and assertive too as this is a project where you will need to think on your feet, move fast without compromising quality and work effectively with change. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and strong communications will be your strength and you will delight our stakeholder with your ability to build sustainable relationships.
