Hudson is currently working with a global organization that has landed in Melbourne and looking to make an immediate impact in the demand generation market.

Providing sales and marketing solutions to aid their clients to acquire new business and accelerate revenue we are focused on building a team of driven and motivated Sales Development Representatives and Lead Generators to facilitate the already established demand in the APAC market.

The purpose of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is to manage leads through the middle phase of the sales cycle and turning already qualified leads into sales qualified leads for the client.

Some Key responsibilities:

  • Communicating with client contacts of all levels including C-Suite executives
  • Researching organizations to establish contacts
  • Using multiple platforms to communicate with clients and prospective leads (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Nurture and build constituencies amongst decision makers
  • Discuss at times complex or technical products
  • Maintain detailed records of communication through CRM tool

Some of your skills and experience:

  • Experience with B2B sales is essential
  • Motivated by exceeding sales based targets in a fast past and demanding environment
  • A strong passive interest in software, technologies and emerging technologies
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to operate effectively to KPI's in a call center environment
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Out of the box thinker and proactive
  • Career driven and excited by working in a start up environment

Although these positions will initially be of a temporary nature, the view is to progress to permanency; therefore unrestricted working rights are required in order to be considered.
