Hudson is seeking multiple Sales Representatives/Lead Generators to join an internationally growing organization, in their vibrant central Melbourne offices.


Our client provides a wide variety of sales and marketing solutions to equip organisations with the right tools to build a comprehensive sales and marketing plan in a thriving Australian market.


The Role:


Key responsibilities:



    • Understanding of the process and strategies of selling "high value services"

    • An understanding of organisational structure and operations

    • Researching organizations to establish contacts

    • Using multiple platforms to communicate with clients and prospective leads (phone, email, LinkedIn)

    • Nurture and build relationships amongst decision makers through exceptional service

    • Discuss complex or technical products

    • Conduct presentations to clients and internal teams


    About you


    To be successful in this position you will exhibit the following attributes.



    • Experience within a lead generation/inside sales position essential

    • Motivated by exceeding sales based targets in a fast past and demanding environment

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal



    • Ability to operate effectively to KPI's

    • Ability to overcome objections

    • Career driven and excited by working in a start up environment
