Small Professional Services Organisation
Business Facing with Full Generalist Remit
Drive Culture Change and M&A Harmonisation

We are delighted to continue our long standing relationship with this international organisation by supporting them in the recruitment of their latest addition to the HR team.

Reporting through to the GM of HR (based outside of the state), you will be responsible for the full generalist including:

  • Employee relations - providing advice, guidance, support, coaching to managers in all aspects of ER (levels of involvement will vary depending on capability of managers)
  • Recruitment - manage the end to end recruitment process, manage agency relationships and also contribute to the success of the organisational graduate programme
  • Talent management - plan and move internal talent around the business in line with requirements and career aspirations
  • Collaborate with wider HR team on people based activities and drive any local initiatives
  • Champion and embed organisational values in to all faucets of people management and HR practice
  • Work on culture change and employee engagement initiatives
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture through leading by example and demonstrating a proactive approach to work

To be considered for this role you will need to have around 5 years experience in all of the above and bring with you a positive, can-do attitude, a passion for HR and a resilience to challenging stakeholders. We're also looking for you to have well developed communication skills, an ability to analyse and present finding and recommendations in a confident and well thought-out manner.

We're happy to wait for the right person to complete their notice so planning a start date of January for this position (a sooner date would also be good!) but we are interviewing for this position next week (WC 20/11/17) so please get your application in to be considered.
