The Role:

We are seeking a Office Co-ordinator/Legal Assistant with a strong organisational and administration skills, to join our clients highly successful firm. Our client requires someone with a strong people focus and commitment to building strong relationships both internally and externally. You will responsible for providing all round support with office facilities and providing some overflow secretarial and finance support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with ensuring the office runs efficiently including liaising with facilities/premises management
  • Providing reception support
  • Facilities Management tasks including stationery, catering orders and stock, petty cash and cab charges
  • Provide assistance to Partners and staff with accounts, billing secretarial and general administrative task
  • Assisting with event management

Candidate Skills:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Legal Secretarial experience (min 12 months)
  • Excellent communication, priorisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Collaborative approach and attitude
  • Commitment to surpass expectations
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships
