Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC

The role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join the senior management team for Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will be joining a fast paced, transforming and expanding business and will play a crucial role in delivering the organisations growth strategy.

The role will see you providing strategic sourcing support to the APAC business covering proactive sourcing methodologies while managing external relationships with sourcing providers. You will effectively partner with the wider business and provide training on sourcing strategies across deep specialisations. The successful candidate will successfully partner with our senior leadership team, identifying key business sourcing needs and trends and act as an external agent gaining insight into new and innovative talent acquisition strategies and systems.

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience as a key account manager, managing suppliers new and existing contracts
  • Ability to effectively partner and connect with the wider APAC business
  • Ability to advise and coach multiple stakeholders
  • Develop new and innovative sourcing strategies for the APAC business

Qualifications/ other requirements

  • A qualification in a relevant field would be desirable.
  • The role will require domestic and international travel commitments

The ideal candidate for this role would be a subject matter expert and have established networks within the industry. A candidate who is bilingual in both English and Mandarin will be highly desirable.

Due to the permanent nature of this position you must hold permanent working rights in Australia to be considered.
