Our well known client within the Banking industry are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join a dynamic team of individuals within their Property team. The purpose of the role is to provide support to a Global Executive with their day to day duties.

Role responsibilities:

    • Extensive diary management

    • Flight bookings

    • Accommodation bookings

    • Drafting correspondence

    • PowerPoint presentations

    • General Office administration supporting the wider team

    • Expenses

    • Reporting

    • Minutes

    • Events management

    • Bank reconciliations

    Skills and Attributes

    • Previous experience working within an Executive Assistant position

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    • "Can DO" attitude

    • Self motivator

    • Organised

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Quick learner

    • Flexible
