3rd level Technical Support Services
3 Months contract
Melbourne - CBD location

Exciting contract opportunity to be a part of the ICT Team for a Victorian State Government Department providing third level technical support and responsible for the email system, Citrix environment and design and support of the test and development environment.

Key Responsibility:

  • Provide third level technical support services for all information, Communications and Technology infrastructure to ensure the effective delivery of the Helpdesk service.
  • Provide root cause analysis for recurring problems.
  • Ensure the integrity of information captured in the incident management tool and that all technical documentation is developed and maintained.
  • Responsible for daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth operationof the technical infrastructure.
  • Delivery of specific project tasks.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Third level helpdesk support experience
  • Strong understanding of the impact of infrastructure changes within the service delivery environment
  • Understanding of IT standards (MOE)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
