Our client is a government organisation that has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced L&D/Training specialist to join their team.

The client is looking for a specialist to design and deliver training on new processes and systems and team building requirements.

This is a 360 degree L&D role which requires you to undertake training analysis to determine requirements, design modules for face-to-face training and maybe e-learning. You will be involved in the strategy, design, delivery and assessment of key training initiatives and helping to build a newly created team.

As the L&D Specialist you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a L&D/Training role
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or equivalent as a minimum
  • Experience designing and delivering training programmes
  • Exceptional communications and facilitation skills
  • Capability to influence and effect change in a collaborative way
