This position will support the development and delivery of initiatives under the strategic plan for 2017-2019.

The initiatives include workforce planning, recruitment and staff retention strategies, performance management and development, work health and safety and entry and exit surveys.

This role will be responsible for developing project plans and preparing project management reports to outline project status and track project costs against performance.

The role will work closely with the Directors and Managers of the shared services functions and core HR staff to ensure that the strategies meet the needs of the business.

The successful candidate should have at least 3-5 years organisational development experience and should have experience of working with project plans as well as strong stakeholder management.
