A comprehensive new headcount for a quickly growing networking MNC, focusing on providing B2B pre-sales and post-sales support, helping sales teams to drive revenue across APAC.



COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a global provider of best performing B2B networking hardware products. Looking to expand their business, they are in need of a communicative and experienced IT professional to fill the new headcount, in order to provide technical support in pre-sales and post-sales processes across the region.



POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This is a technical support role which will act as a key service point for the B2B business in APAC. Reporting directly to the Regional Business Lead, your responsibilities will include:

* Work closely with the sales teams during both pre-sales and post-sales processes to develop and execute projects, in order to gain business opportunities and close deals.
* Build trust and potentially grow new clients, and establish excellent relationships with existing client portfolio profitably.
* Identify clients' business needs and advise them on the best possible networking hardware solutions.
* Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to educate and inspire target accounts on the company's cutting edge products.
* Provide technical training to the sales teams and update them regarding the company's innovative networking hardware.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

You must hold a university degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience within B2B networking/IT equipment sales. You must have the required technical networking know-how with demonstrated pre-sales and post-sales support responsibilities, preferably with MNCs. You will be collaborative and have the core soft skills to communicate and advise your clients and sales colleagues. Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese are required.
