Join a leading Brand Management role for a leading FMCG Food and Beverages Brand!


Our client is a US-based food & beverages giant present in over 70 countries. With revenue in excess of USD 25 billion, it is the owner of multiple household brands and employs more than 50,000 people. Their Hong Kong office serves as a base for some of their critical functions and their Asia market continues to be a region of growing success.


Based in Hong Kong, and reporting to the Category Head, this position is responsible for

* The complete brand management program of a product line
* Develop and implement annual brand plans which deliver market share, drive volume and build brand equity.
* Focus on driving consumer promotion activities to generate trials and reward loyalty to help extend and build a strong consumer base
* Partner with the media agency to develop, execute and evaluate media plans.
* Monitored market trends
* Conceptualise new ideas and innovations for developing new products and packages
* Ad-hoc as needed


As an ideal Candidate you will be:

* A degree holder with 5 to 10 years of core marketing experience with at least 4 years in a global FMCG company.
* You must have a proven track record of market share growth/volume growth via brand management supported by valuable market insights.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills while working in a complex organisation structure are a pre-requisite for your application to be successful.
* Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
