COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a market leading premium beverage giant in the Asia Pacific. The company has international business in groceries and other prestige food service channel. The group has shown extremely strong financial growth continuously, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the sales strategy in HK and China in the food service channel.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

You will be responsible for driving business development via best case practices and strong relationships with distributor in the food service channel. As Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Develop and drive the food service channel sales strategy in order to achieve the company sales target
* Enhance market penetration and build customer base
* Managing distributors to maximize return on implemented HoReCa solutions
* Drive competitor analysis and collaborate with internal to capitalize on recognized trends
* Accelerating and creating effective business partnership strategies to maximize business opportunity

You will carry 5+ years of experience in the food service channel for F&B business/ category. You must have a strong network of wholesalers/ distributor in HK and have a proven track record managing the food service channel independently. Exposure / knowledge about restaurant group/ retail businesses would be an added plus. Fluent Cantonese is required and Mandarin is preferred.
