My client, an Asian corporation in the manufacturing space is looking for a driven individual to join the Training & Development team.

My client is an Asian corporation in the manufacturing space. Headquarted in Hong Kong, they have strong presence in Asia, with a workforce of over 50,000 employees worldwide.

The position

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, this position is an individual contributor, responsible for the following:

* Planning & Developing the Training curriculum for the group level
* Develop digital learning content on the LMS platform
* Design and deliver soft-skills training program in HK, China and Asia
* Partner with business units to understand learning needs to tailor-made, plan and execute learning solutions
* Manage the annual performance management process, identify talents and plan development opportunities

Key requirements

* Bachelor Degree or above in HR, Psychology or related disciplines
* At least 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, gained in sizeable multinational corporations
* Previous experience working on a regional level is a must
* Strong presentation and communication skills, have experience presenting in front of senior stakeholders
* Digital savvy, innovative and creative
* Self-led, hands on in manage day-today training operations and independent
* Excellent language skills in English, Mandarin in Cantonese
