You will be responsible to work with the marketing team in brand management and developing marketing strategies to achieve long term profitability and growth in the region. As a CRM & Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Identify and execute marketing promotion strategies to engage the consumer on global social media platforms
* Manage the membership program and responsible for new membership recruitment and loyalty program promotions
* Work with regional team to build customer engagement on local promotional platforms
* Consolidate advertising plans across channels in the market covering print, digital channels and social media platforms
* Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations for better market performance and remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
* Provide competitive analysis and identify market trends, business models and methods of operation of key competitors in the market


You will carry around 5 years of relevant digital and membership program promotion experience in FMCG/ Skincare category with a minimum bachelor degree in relevant disciplines. Good knowledge in social media promotion and CRM analytics with strong communication and presentation skills are highly preferred. Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese required as well.
